This privacy policy (Privacy Policy) sets out our policy with respect to how we, Zero 9 Constructions Pty Ltd (ACN 159 955 861) (we/us/our) collect, use and disclose personal information about you, which you have provided to us either directly or via our website zero9.com.au (Website).

2.3 Personal Information is stored on our Microsoft Outlook and, in the case of completed PDF forms, with our Finance Department.

(b) to identify you;

(c) to respond to your queries; and

(d) to directly market our services to you in the future (if applicable).

3.3 By disclosing your Personal Information to us, you consent to it being disclosed to our suppliers (including any supplier from overseas, if applicable), to our group companies, our approved agents and sub-contractors (if applicable).
